And still, I had no problems to land all my big moves on the first try. Why? Because I stayed in shape and maintained a high fitnesslevel. But what happens if I put my focus in the gym or during my workouts on increasing the performance on the water? Can I actually get better, while staying off the water? The Answer is YES! Of course I cannot make huge steps, but everytime I put my foot on a board I got better, than I left the beach. And since I specialized on surfers, my clients achieve the same results.
