I started windsurfing in 1997 and almost became a pro in the discipline of Freestyle until my parents decided to push me into a normal job. I had years where I barely managed to hit the water. But I always made sure I made my moves, I have on lock, on the first try.


I maintained that level because I always worked out in the gym and have been a trainer since 2009. And since I put all my focus on increasing the performance on the water and the fitness for surfing, me and my clients are able to learn new moves, once we put our foot on that board.


I learned that a gym is not required to become a better surfer. Doesn’t matter if you are a Windsurfer, Surfer, Wingfoiler or Kitesurfer. "FIT FOR SURFING" works for the weekend warrior as it works for the pro athlete.

01 Get Fit for Surfing in 6 Weeks

Are you excited about an upcoming vacation, event, or competition? This course, which lasts for six weeks, is filled with tailored workouts and meditations that will help you achieve your desired physical condition. You have the freedom to select the level of difficulty for each daily workout, as most exercises have both easy and challenging variations. Over the course of six weeks, you will gradually increase the intensity of your training, enhancing your mobility, coordination, strength, endurance, explosive power, and all the skills necessary for an outstanding surf session. This program is undoubtedly the ultimate six-week course designed for surfers of all types!

02 Weekly Workouts

Every week you get a new workout. I will guide you through a surf-related training session that will make your next time you put your wetsuit on, your best time ever. You didn’t have the time to train, because it was too windy? No worries, because you have access to the recordings.


As you get older, life kicks in and you cannot manage to go surfing every day. Actually your everyday life doesn’t even keep you in shape. Or as an ambitious surfer, different circumstances like injury or a windless season can get you out of your beast mode too. A workout based on surfing is exactly what you need. And in the "FIT FOR SURFING" you find the best workouts for surfing.

04  Performance training

If you don’t do the weekly workouts, you can do another training in real time, I recorded just for you. The trainings have different lengths to fulfill your needs.


Everybody has to deal with a day to day life, the forecast, family and a lot more. Sometimes you just don’t have 30 minutes to go all out. Sometimes you can only do 5-10 minutes. And then there are other days where you can put the full focus on your goal to become a better surfer.


05 Mobility Workout

A workout, just for your mobility will make you move better on the water and on land as well.


You are constantly moving on the water. Therefore you should be as flexible as possible. It doesn’t matter your level. A beginner needs mobility as much for the low wind waterstart as a Wingfoil-Pro for his Backflip Scorpion-Style does. The right exercises will support your body to be ready for your next session.


06 Foot Workout

Get the mobility and consciousness to your feet. Maybe you don’t know it yet, but a foot workout beside your favorite show on Netflix feels like wellness to your feet.


Your feet are the last thing that connects you to the board. Unhealthy feet won’t give the energy created by the sail, the wing or even the kite to your board to accelerate. Instead they absorb the energy which might lead to cramps or injuries. A special workout for your feet will give them the power and wellness they deserve, because they carry you your whole life.


07 Recovery Workout

I will explain my recovery tools to you and how to use them right. Sometimes you need a short recovery session in your van, when it’s raining cats and dogs outside. And then there are the days where you can fully recharge your battery and have the space to stretch all out.
